— Our Engagements

Three Ways We Work With You

Each engagement is designed around a specific question or need — not a fixed programme.

Supply chain mapping

01 / Supply Chain Mapping Review

Seeing the whole journey

MYR 3,680

A careful documentation of how goods, information, and decisions actually move through your supply chain — carried out through conversations with each link rather than assumption. We spend time with procurement, operations, logistics, and customer-facing teams, building a shared map of the whole journey.

Engagement sketch ——————

Interviews → Field observation → Map drafting → Narrative report → Leadership conversation

Suited to: manufacturers, importers, distributors

  • Visual chain maps delivered as a working document
  • Narrative observations on flow, friction, and decision gaps
  • Guided conversation with your leadership team on findings

02 / Supplier Relationship Review

Strengthening what already exists

MYR 2,860

A considered examination of your current supplier arrangements — approached with respect for the relationships already in place. We speak with internal colleagues, review contracts and recent performance, and hold short confidential conversations with supplier representatives where appropriate.

Internal interviews → Contract review → Supplier conversations → Written review → Practical guidance

Typical duration: five to seven weeks

  • Written review of supplier arrangements and performance
  • Relationship health summary with practical context

03 / Logistics Planning Session

Focused attention on one decision

MYR 920

We read your materials beforehand and gather context through a short call. The three-hour session is structured around the specific decision at hand.

Materials review → Briefing call → Three-hour planning session → Written summary

Single-session engagement — no ongoing commitment

  • Three-hour structured planning session with your team
  • Written summary of discussion points and options considered

— Why Organisations Work With Us

A consultative approach that respects your organisation

Grounded in Observation

We draw from what we actually see and hear in your organisation, rather than applying ready-made frameworks that may not fit your situation.

Relationships Respected

Supplier relationships represent years of goodwill. Our reviews are conducted carefully, without disturbing what is working or creating unnecessary tension.

Tangible Deliverables

Each engagement produces documents your team can refer back to — maps, written reports, and summaries that carry meaning beyond the engagement itself.

Team-Level Understanding

We work to build shared clarity across your organisation, not just present findings to leadership. Everyone involved gains a clearer sense of the whole.

Defined Scope, Clear Timeline

Each engagement has a clear beginning and end. You know what will be delivered, when, and at what cost — with no ambiguity about what falls within scope.

Malaysian Market Context

Based in Kuala Lumpur, we work within the Malaysian regulatory and logistics landscape — understanding the specific conditions that shape supply chains in this region.

— Take the next step

A conversation costs nothing

If you have a question about how your supply chain is operating — or a specific decision that would benefit from outside perspective — we are glad to have a preliminary conversation at no obligation.

— Common Questions

Questions we hear often

Note: We are glad to address questions specific to your situation directly. Each organisation's supply chain is different.
Who do these engagements suit best? +
Our work is most useful for manufacturers, importers, and distributors operating in Malaysia who feel their supply chain has grown complex, or where visibility has become difficult. Businesses facing a specific logistics or supplier question — even a relatively contained one — may find the Planning Session a practical starting point.
How long do engagements typically take? +
The Supplier Relationship Review typically runs five to seven weeks. The Supply Chain Mapping Review varies with the size of the organisation, but commonly takes four to eight weeks. The Logistics Planning Session is a single engagement — one preparatory call and one three-hour working session, followed by a written summary.
Do you work with organisations outside Kuala Lumpur? +
Yes. We work with organisations across Peninsular Malaysia, and are willing to discuss engagements involving operations in East Malaysia or across the region where the project warrants it. We are glad to speak about travel and site visit requirements during a preliminary conversation.
Are the fees inclusive of travel and materials? +
The fees shown are our base professional fees. For engagements requiring travel beyond the Klang Valley, reasonable travel and accommodation costs are discussed transparently before any engagement begins. There are no hidden additions — we prefer to be straightforward about what an engagement will cost.
How do you handle confidential business information? +
All information shared during an engagement is treated with discretion. We sign a mutual confidentiality agreement at the outset of each engagement as a matter of course, not as an afterthought. Supplier conversations, where they occur, are conducted under similar terms.
Do you recommend implementation after a review? +
Our engagements are advisory. We observe, document, and offer considered suggestions — your team makes the decisions. Some clients choose to return for a follow-up engagement after a period of internal action; others manage the next steps entirely within their own teams. We do not create dependency by design.
